The # 1 Secret to A Sexy Body

I’ve been in this game long enough to see people have dramatic, life changing weight loss.  Unfortunately, I’ve seen a lot of people fail in their attempt.

So why do some people fail and some people have success?

The answer is VERY simple.  It boils down to 1 primary factor: Consistency

The people I know who look the best have working out and eating right as part of their lifestyle.

It is part of who they are.  Being fit is part of their identity.

If you are currently out of shape, then you must make it your MISSION to get into shape.  You can’t ’sort of’ or ‘try’ or ‘half way’ do it.  You must make a firm DECISION that you are going to be a fit person and start living that way.

If you only do it part time, you are going to get half way results–bottom line.

The solution is to do something everyday that is in alignment with a fit lifestyle.  I realize that you are probably busy and think that you don’t have time for something new.  The truth is, if that is how you feel, then being fit is not a priority for you, and you will continue to make excuses for not being in shape.

Maybe you can start walking 30 minutes every morning.  You can start doing weight lifting 3 times a week.  You can join a sports team that plays a few times a week.  The bottom line is you have to make it part of your life.

When you see yourself as a fit person, you won’t walk down the ice cream section of the grocery store, or even see the cookie section because you will be the kind of person that eats healthy food because you WANT to.

I don’t miss eating junk food because eating healthy feels MUCH better.  I certainly don’t miss cringing at my fat stomach when looking in the bathroom mirror either.  I was a fat kid growing up, and I definitely don’t miss the torture of being picked on.

You can do it–no matter what your excuse currently is.  Make a decision and go after it.  We will support you the entire way, but you have to show up– you have to be consistent.

5 Quick Ways to Lose 5

Hey Friends,

People ask me all the time for quick and easy ways to get results.

Sometimes, by making very small changes, you can see big improvements.

Here are 5  ways you can quickly drop 5 pounds.

1.  Stop Eating White Carbs – White carbs have very little nutritional value, and are notorious for spiking your insulin.  Insulin spike = storage, and we want to burn! Go for whole grains and sprouts, leave the ‘white’ variety on the shelf.

2.  Stop Drinking Sodas- My brother recently had his car battery die, and when we tried to change it out, the battery was corroded.  Guess what we used to remove the gunk? That’s right–soda…Soda has no real nutritional value, and will just make you fatter.  If you want to get a ‘kick’ without all the extra sugar and calories, try something like Spark.

3.  Avoid Processed and Fried Foods- Whenever you are ordering or are offered food, find out how it was cooked.  No, you don’t want fries with that.  If it is fried, it will make you fat.  Processed foods contain a lot of man-made chemical and additives.  Your body likes stuff from the earth.  Eat less food from a box, and more from the ground like fruit and vegetables.

4. Boost Your Metabolism- Your metabolism will determine how easily you lose or gain weight.  One of the best possible ways to get a boost is to do weight training.  No, will you not get bulky if you do it right! 5. Stop Eating Out So Much- Fast food will kill your diet.  Like was mentioned in # 3, it has been processed, and often is chock full of sodium.  It is convenient, sure, but your waist line is paying the price! Plan your meals,  eat healthy from home, and watch the weight come off.
