I wanted to take a minute to recognize Amy Stephenson’s success. She has lost over 30 lbs since October and continues to make progress daily.
Here are the secrets to Amy’s successful transformation:
1. Weight Training — Amy trains with me twice a week using weights, bands, medicine balls, and machines. This has helped reshape her body and boost her metabolism.
2. Regular Cardio– Amy performs cardio (bike, jogging, walking, etc.) up to 5-6 times a week from 30-45 minutes. Consistency is important!
